After the social media workshop
Yesterday I delivered a social media workshop with Nicola Gittins (BCU) to a small group of business professionals. Although I was exhausted after the afternoon session, it was really rewarding to know everyone left feeling they’d learnt something new as well as – how they can apply their new found knowledge into their practice.
Although we ran out of time we still managed to cover all 4 key topics of the workshops (Blogs, Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook) with a number of key questions being raised about ideas for social media engagement with individual attendees market sector.
As a visiting lecturer it’s been some time since I last delivered a course module at University and I must say I did really enjoy teaching again to a small group of enthusiastic professionals, I’m looking forward to the next one.
